🔄 7B Cosmetics – Refund & Return Policy

At 7B Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction and confidence in our products. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare items, we follow strict hygiene protocols while also offering a fair refund experience.

📦 Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

đźš« Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a 7B error.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund — no return required.
